DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Lovii provides account deletion inside the app and a support route if you cannot access it.

Delete inside Lovii
- Open Lovii and go to Account Settings.
- Choose “Profile details.”
- Scroll to “Delete account” and choose “Delete my account.”
- Read the warning and confirm “Delete permanently.”
The app starts deletion immediately. There is no seven-day recovery window.
What deletion removes
Your authentication account, profile, memberships, likes, owned stories, authored daily cards, private-chat data covered by the deletion flow, and associated stored media are deleted. Content belonging to another story owner may retain an honest blank or removed day where your card existed. Limited records required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law may remain only for the necessary period.
Cannot access the app?
Email hi@lovii.app from the address used for your Lovii account with the subject “Lovii account deletion request.” State clearly that you want both the account and associated data deleted. We will verify account ownership before processing the request; you do not need to reinstall Lovii.
Before deleting
Export your story and save any irreplaceable cards before confirming. In-app deletion is permanent and cannot be cancelled or reversed. Short-lived disaster-recovery backups are isolated from the live service, are not used to restore individual accounts, and expire on their normal rotation.
