DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Lovii provides account deletion inside the app and a support route if you cannot access it.

Delete inside Lovii
- Open your active story.
- Open Story Settings.
- Under Account, choose “Delete my account.”
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What deletion removes
Your authentication account, profile, memberships, likes, owned stories, authored daily cards, and associated generated media are deleted. Content belonging to another owner may retain a blank or removed day where your card existed. Short-lived backups and records required for fraud, safety, or law may remain for a limited period.
Cannot access the app?
Email hi@lovii.app from the address used for your Lovii account with the subject “Lovii account deletion request.” We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Recovery policy
You may cancel a scheduled deletion during the seven-day recovery window shown in the app by signing back in and choosing to keep the account. Immediate deletion, or a scheduled deletion after that window ends, cannot be reversed. Lovii cannot restore deleted stories or generated cards from normal service backups.
Before deleting
Export your story and save any irreplaceable cards before confirming. Short-lived disaster-recovery backups are isolated from the live service, are not used to restore individual accounts, and expire according to Lovii's backup-retention schedule.
