TERMS OF USE.
These terms govern your use of Lovii. By creating or joining an account, you agree to them and to the Community Promise.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to create a Lovii account. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission for a teenager to use an online service, you may use Lovii only with that permission. Lovii is not directed to children under 13. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your stories and content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Lovii a limited license to store, process, display, resize, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and protect the service. You must have permission to upload content involving another person.
Shared stories
A story is collaborative. Members may see and preserve cards published to that story. A story owner controls invitations and the story's available visibility settings. Public stories may appear in Explore, Shuffle, rankings, share links, and the Lovii website. Do not join, invite, write about, or publish another person without their consent.
13+ content standard
Lovii does not allow pornography, nudity, sexual stories or requests, fetish content, sexual solicitation, sexual exploitation, grooming, graphic violence, instructions encouraging self-harm, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a minor. Attempts to disguise prohibited words or prompts are also prohibited. Content may be blocked before publication and removed after review.
Other prohibited conduct
Do not upload illegal, exploitative, hateful, threatening, privacy-invasive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or spam content. Do not probe security, evade limits, scrape private information, impersonate others, or use Lovii to harm another person.
Safety actions
Lovii may restrict visibility, preserve evidence, suspend access, or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, law, or enforcement of these terms. Reports are reviewed in context and abusive reporting is prohibited.
Service changes
Lovii is an evolving service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We aim to preserve your private archive and provide notice when practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Lovii is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of irreplaceable memories. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
