Email hi@lovii.app. Include the device type, what you expected, and what happened. Never email your one-time code, access token, or password.
Email code did not arrive
Check spam and promotions, confirm the address, wait at least 60 seconds, and request one new code. Only the newest code will work. Delivery for production accounts requires Lovii's verified email sender.
Invitation problems
Invite codes expire after 48 hours, work once, and cannot be used if you already belong to another active story. Ask the story owner for a fresh code.
